I have experience in leisure, corporate, and government travel, but lately the majority of what I do is corporate travel. While I typically book corporate travel, leisure travel will always have a special place in my heart.

If you have a short layover it is a good idea to upgrade to premium economy to get a seat closer to the front of the plane. Getting off the plane earlier will allow more time to make your connection.
